The basic rules for using this site and working with me, Catherine Loc-Carrillo, through my business, The Hormetic Path LLC. Written in plain language.

The words, photos, and videos on this site belong to me and The Hormetic Path LLC unless I say otherwise. You’re welcome to share links to any page. Please don’t copy my content for your own business or materials without asking first.
What I share here is general information. It isn’t medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Coaching is not therapy or medical care. If you have a health concern, please speak with a qualified professional.
Prices on this site are in US dollars and may change. The price in your written quote or signed agreement is the one that applies to you. All paid work (marketing, online course building, and 1:1 coaching) is covered by a signed agreement or booking terms. If anything on this page differs from your agreement, your agreement wins.
Setup and course-building projects: payments cover work as it’s done, so they can’t be refunded once work has started. Your agreement sets out when each payment is due.
Monthly marketing services: billed at the start of each month. A month that has started isn’t refunded. After the three-month minimum, either of us can end the service with 30 days’ written notice.
1:1 coaching sessions: you can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session at no cost, using the link in your booking email. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the session, it counts as used. If I need to reschedule, I’ll let you know as early as I can, and you won’t lose the session.

Free consultation calls: free, with no obligation. If you can’t make it, please cancel or reschedule so someone else can have the time.
I promise to deliver the work we agree on, carefully and on time. I can’t promise specific outcomes, such as followers, sales, income, or personal results, because those depend on many things outside my control.
This site links to other sites, such as Calendly, Teachable, and pyrophyticpods.org. I’m not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
I take care to keep this site accurate and working, but I can’t promise it will always be error-free or available. For paid work, my responsibility is limited as set out in your signed agreement, and never more than the amount you paid me.
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State. If you have a question or a concern, please reach me through the contact page. I’d always rather sort things out together.
